return policy lasts 60 days. After receiving your product, if you are unsatisfied within 60 days. Please follow these guidelines in order to receive a Return/Refund/Exchange. 

Please read below guidelines carefully before you purchase the order from us.

Anmabeauty's responsibility:

1. We shipped out the wrong color/size/power/poor quality/missing items to you:

We will reship you the item for free with an extra gift or refund you the full price.

(1). Email our customer service: including:

      *order number

      *the question you have met

      *a photo of the original plastic bag

      *a photo of the product package & product bottle

(2). Get authorization from Customer Service

(3). Take your refund/exchange


2. Product doesn’t match the description:

We’ll provide the corresponding return and exchange service after your confirmation.

(1). Email our customer service: including:

      *order number, the question you have met

      * some photos/videos in different light to show which exactly doesn’t match our description.

(2). We’ll check the photos carefully and determine what kind of situation it belongs to. We’ll provide the corresponding return and exchange service.


Customer's responsibility:

1. Incorrect order(Just available in incorrect powers of the item):

We will reship it to you for free just for the first-time shopping customers. Apart from this, please take it as “unwanted item” as below and apply for a refund/exchange.

2. Unwanted item:

If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

(1). Email our customer service: including:

     *order number, the question you have and the photos of the product

(2). Get authorization from Customer Service

(3). Ship back your item after the authorization

      *a photo of the plastic bag you have been shipped back

      *If you returned multiple items, please provide a photo of the products you shipping back(showing the detail sku number for us to calculate the refund price)

(ATTENTION: Eligible items must be returned in their original condition – not opened, not worn and returned in original packaging)

      *Tracking number is required to complete the return. It will facilitate for us to track your return status and process your return.

(4). Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.


Logistics providers’ responsibilities:

Lost packages:

1. Lost by the delivering:

If the logistics information hasn’t been updated for more than 15 days/ the logistic company claim the package is lost - we will resend the package to you for free or refund you the full price of the order.

2. Lost by the local post office:

If the package has been delivered by the proof profile. Please contact the local post office and ask for a lost proof and get back to us - we will reship the package to you for free or refund you the full price of the order.

3. Lost due to customers’ own reasons: 

Such as incorrect address/ taken by your neighbors or others - we will reship it to you for free for the first-time shopping customers. But apart from this, we are sorry that we have no way to carry out after-sales.


Compensation time-frame:

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 1-3 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.

For lost packages, we will deal with the after-sales service of your lost package within 5-15 working days.

After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:

PayPal account refunds: Up to 2 business days

Credit card refunds: Between 3-5 business days
